These terms and conditions establish the rules that users must follow when using "MARUKI Saifuku" (hereinafter "the Facility"). Users must fully review these terms, agree to them, and submit their application accordingly.
Upon submission of the usage application form, once the Facility confirms the details and sends acceptance notification (such as reservation confirmation email) to the user, the reservation is confirmed and the usage contract is established.
1. Usage hours are defined as the time from entry (setup and preparation) through exit (cleanup and complete removal of materials).
2. Extensions on the day of use are permitted only when no subsequent bookings are scheduled.
3. Unauthorized Extension: If the user does not exit at the designated time, or if an extension is made without authorization, a penalty fee equal to twice the standard usage fee will be charged.
Cancellation fees apply to all cancellations after booking confirmation, as follows:
7 to 2 days before scheduled use: 20% of usage fee
1 day before scheduled use: 50% of usage fee
On the day of scheduled use or no-show cancellation: 100% of usage fee
Users must not engage in the following activities:
1. Food and Beverage: While dining within the facility is permitted, bringing foods with strong odors or excessive alcohol consumption or intoxicated behavior that may disturb nearby residents is strictly prohibited.
2. Noise and Nuisance: Playing loud music, performing musical instruments, loud conversations, and any other activities that may disturb neighborhood residents are strictly forbidden.
3. Unlawful conduct, violation of public order and morals, or bringing dangerous items.
4. Use significantly different from the stated purpose at the time of application.
5. Transferring or subletting usage rights to third parties.
1. Upon completion of use, all furniture and equipment must be returned to their original positions before use.
2. All garbage generated must be removed by the user. No refuse may be left in the facility.
1. Security Cameras: The Facility operates security cameras for crime prevention and facility safety purposes. Users acknowledge this practice in advance.
2. Parking: The Facility assumes no responsibility for theft, accidents, or disputes occurring in the parking area.
3. Damage Liability: If equipment, facilities, or the building are damaged, defaced, or items are lost, the user is responsible for all resulting damages, including repair costs and loss of business compensation.
4. User Disputes and Accidents: Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Facility, the Facility accepts no liability for disputes among users, injuries, or accidents occurring on the premises.
The Facility may modify these terms without advance notice. Modified terms become effective upon publication on the Facility's website.
