Manage a Booking.com ReservationWe are a participating property in Miyagi Prefecture’s Drive & Stay campaign. Rent a car for 2 days or more and stay with us, and the prefecture gives you up to ¥5,000 per rental car (capped at the rental fee). Eligible stays: check-in from 1 October 2026 to check-out on 15 February 2027. Bookings through our official site, Airbnb and Booking.com all qualify. Sendai Airport is about 40 minutes away by car, so it fits easily into a road trip around Zao and southern Miyagi.
* Register online by the day before check-in, and submit your car rental and accommodation receipts within 7 days after check-out. The applicant, the person renting the car and the guest must be the same person. The standard benefit (Eraberu Pay) cannot be used outside Japan, but the prefecture offers a separate option you can use after returning home — see the official page. The campaign ends once its budget runs out.
Online bookings are accepted up to 2 days before the check-in date. If you would like to stay tomorrow or today, please contact us via official LINE or the inquiry form. We will check availability and whether the house can be prepared in time, and reply to you.
* Next-day and same-day bookings require advance payment by credit card. Your reservation is confirmed once the payment is completed.

※ The house takes up to 7 guests. There is one bathroom and one toilet, so we keep the number at seven for everyone’s comfort.
Adult (additional): ¥5,500 / Elementary school child: ¥3,300 / Preschool child: ¥2,200
※ Winter season (November–March): a ¥2,000 heating fee is already included in the room rate — no additional payment on site.
※ Miyagi Prefecture accommodation tax: ¥300 per person per night (from January 2026; not charged when the rate is under ¥6,000 per person per night). Airbnb: included in your payment. Booking.com: not included — we send an online payment link on the morning of arrival; please pay by check-out.
