Confirmed reservations are subject to cancellation fees: 7 days prior (20%), 1 day prior (50%), day of (100%).
● Usage Duration
Book time that includes setup and cleanup. Extensions may not be possible depending on the next reservation.
● Cleaning & Waste
Please restore the space to its original condition. Trash must be taken with you.
● Prohibited Activities
Excessive noise that disturbs neighbors, activities against public order, or uses not matching the booking purpose are strictly prohibited.
